2210 3PH creeps down

My 2210 may take 2-3 days to leak down with the weight box on the back /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Maybe its because I don't have a lot of hours on it yet?

My 4010 3 ph stays rock solid when raised all the way up. Stays there running or shut down.

The FEL very slowly leaks down running or stopped, both on descent and uncurl. It's really slow though. I'd hate to stick around and time it. It's probably about 2" every hour to drop some and about 5 degrees of uncurl in that same period. The descent and uncurl with a full load in the bucket (800-1,000#) is virtually non-existent.

I just had my 2210 in for warranty on the FEL and hitch leakdown. The dealer replaced the 3 pt cylinder and the seals in the loader. So far they seem to be good. They showed me the cylinder from the 3 pt and it showed very minute scoring which they said was enough to have caused the problem. I had changed the hydraulic oil and filter right at 50 hours and the hydraulic problems make me wonder if maybe it shouldn't be done even sooner.

Ray and all other 2210 owners (this probably goes for the 4x10 series too) who missed my post about changing the MFWD fluids at around 50 hrs. I highly recommend this, especially for those that use their tractors in the winter. It's not that water gets in the unit (my theory is condensation) but you might be surprised that you find some water floating on top. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
