2210 alternator upgrade?

Have you considered going with some LED lighting to help lighten the load on the charging system? Could run a fair number of lights then and I think it would be cheaper and a bit easier than re-doing a fair chunk of the electrical system.

Is the belt or glazed? Are the pulleys worn? Over tightening won't solve the problem for long as the bearings will fail.
Idling around or reving the engine up? Stop start duty or all day operation? I've seen tight wads shut the engine off twice just while passing through a gate .
Alternator won't charge the battery? Or the battery won"t take a charge form the alternator?
Have you ever run the battery flat, boosted the tractor then ran the tractor as you usually do?
