No drilling. It took me about 4 hours to install minus installing the worklights, electric heater and windshield wiper. I didn't have the right sized hex head wrench for the mounting bolts (lots of them) and didn't want to drive 20 miles to get one...so I ground the edges of the heads to use a wrench. Pain. The drive would have cost about the same time as it cost me to grind the bolts.
You really need 2 people to mount the windshield (heavy) and they recommend 2 people for the roof. I did everything alone except for the windshield (they were right).
It's pretty straight forward and is solid as a rock.
