nope... no pix
Weird... when I posted them, it showed the little previews. Now it shows just a link but it works for me. Never had a problem posting pics before except when the whole TBN site had a problem.

Well, heck, there's no pics for me either, just attachments. Strange. I saw them all in-line in your posts.... :confused3:

Oh well, they work if you click on the links.

.22 are a lot of fun

I shoot the NRA 50 ft targets at 50 yards Peeps.

I call the position "old mans prone". That is from a shooting bench, with a target sling and pads under my elbows.

It's not easy to keep them all in the black depending on how the light falls. Mostly , if they are all touching, I'm happy.

CCI out of a heavy barrel Stevens 416.

I should have mentioned all shots were from standing position. I just deleted and reattached all of the target pics. Hope you can all see them now?

So you are not really comparing ammo, That takes a bench and an accurate barrel.

Some ammo shoots well for some barrels. The converse of both is also true.

But "standing" is just the shooter.. nothing more, nothing less.

That's all you got? Thanks for going easy on me. As I mentioned, the focus was really feed, fire, and eject to make sure my new MkIV was okay rather then accuracy so I was pumping through ammo faster than if I wanted great groupings. I think I convinced myself of that. I still thought the targets provided me some education as I tried to be consistent throughout the session.

I will put the Golden Bullet HP away and stick with Thunderbolts and CCI and maybe try a few others and report back. Still hoping others chime in with their favorite 22LR ammo and why!
