Bad news for sure. Hopefully you will find something soon, and perhaps even like it better than what you were doing. Sometimes things have to get bad before they get better. I hate to hear these kind of things, and my thoughts will be with you.

No doubt. I was wanting to move to PA a while ago, but couldn't find the pay I was looking for at the time. Unfortunately, her job is in DC now, so I'm stuck down here for the time being.
Anyway, I hope something works out for you soon.

Well, you could always write yourself a Grant to study the effect of compact utility tractors on the local economy, or the effect on the value of the land in your area....... Don't laugh, in this area, grant writers include their own salaries in the grant..... Of course there is the Grant to study crosstraining folks in your fix to equal paying jobs.
I was involved in several training programs locally, and thus exposed to a few such grants. The same five names were always on all the grants I looked at.
