when the tractor is runnig the fuel filter go's dry every once and awhile is their a fuel pump in the tank thanks neil

You may want to look at JDparts URL under fuel tank. It does not appear you have a fuel pump. You might want to make sure there is nothing clogging things up and that the fuel line does not have cracks. Also check for fuel filter connection to make sure everything looks ok there and you are not getting any air into the system. Also check the vent tube and cap to make sure the tank is being vented correctly.

i have the same problem once in awhile on my L130.it almost seems like the fuel line is plugged.i have taking the fuel line off at filter and blown back into tank.

Plugged fuel cap vent or partially blocked fuel line from tank to filter.

thanks for the help,I took the line off twice and found some pine needles and a bug right at the fuel shut off

i posted earlier with the engine running ruff,it didn't want to idle smooth a slow speed,it would rev up itself.i took off the air filter and sprayed gum-out carburetor cleaner.i left it sit over-nite and now runs great.

i cut the grass Thursday,it took me 3 hours to cut the grass,it ran better than it has for years.
