Hello everyone. This is my first post on TBN. I am a member of many forums but not one to post. However I am in need of some help/info this evening.
I have a 2006, 2305 with only 365hrs. i have the 200cx loader, iMatch, tiller, sprayer, spike aerator, rotary broom and the mighty green 60" 7iron MMM. Yes I know. Just add to have the better deck. Converting was easy fyi.
Anyways thats what I own. First I would I to mention is my tractor befor the 2305 was a 2002, 455. It had the same attachemnts as the 2305 i own now. However it had 1755 hrs on the meter when i traded it in. It had only 2 minor parts that i replaced since i owned that little best. I wish I still had it.
My problem to date is the hydro. The hyrdo has very little power( travel speed, pulling). The reverse speed is powerful and responsive. when going forward the hydro whines, squeels. I believe its the relief valve? The power steering is slow and unresponsive this time. Either way this is the second time it has done this. Last year spring 2008 this problem arrise at 250hrs. Dealer put in a new pump and relief vlaves. Problem still wasnt addressed properly as the forward speed was slow. They said something about pressure needed adjusted. Then it worked like new. untilll
oil and filters are good and such.
There is more to the story, and i really would rather not expand as the dealer is poorrrr. But what i really need to know is what is causing this to happen. First i know its not operator error. My 455 shows I know how to operate my machines. I mean the 455 didnt even have low range.
Anyone have experinceed this before? any input would be helpful as the dealer is not. I still have 2 months powertrain warranty left. O btw a input shaft was replaced under warranty only after the origianl pump seized when in use. The snap ring groove wasnt machined deep enough. Was replaced under warranty only after problem arrised. Anyone have this problem?
p.s. My dealer is not the best. Actually the whole community knows this but next dealer is over and hour away...
Respectfully
Dan
