My mother has a 2305 and being the good son that I am I switch the blower over to the loader and mowing deck for her every year.

What is the deal with the back presser on these hookups? These things are unbelievable. The manual says to move the control arm around to relieve the presser but that didn't help in the least.

I'm a Kubota guy and I don't have any issues with my hookups. Do you guys have some trick that might help me out here? I was covered with fluid and nearly tore out my rotator-cuff.

Thanks, Mike

It's a common problem (with Kubota's also-you've been lucky). The pressure is on the implement side-the easiest way to relieve it is to wrap a rag over the QD nipple and press it against the frame to push the poppet in-a little fluid will spurt out relieving the pressure. In extreme cases two wrenches must be used to loosen the QD from the hose for a second.

It happens often when stuff sets in the sun and the fluid heats up and expands.

I have the same issue with my Kubota FEL, except it is always just the one hose and the weird part it will connect to every other fitting but the one it is supposed to do. Bleeding it off always does the trick like said in an earlier post.
