My new 2305 is due in this week. I was wondering about storage during winter. I borrowed a owners manual and was reading up. I won't be useing it much in the winter, Not much snow here. Do you guy's use a fuel stabilizer ? If so, what brand? Also the manual says to drain the fuel tank of water and sediment as needed, but doesn't say how. Help!
One last thing, Do you guy's fill up your tank after useing to keep out condensation as the manual say's ?
Thanks, Al

planman,

The easy solution is to use your tractor! :) Just kidding, many of us use PowerService products, they include cetane boosters and anti-gel formulations. Run some of that in your tank and you should be OK.

plann8,

I understand your concern and would agree with JDFANTIC, some simply precautions and you are good to go. However, I can't imagine you will let that new tool/toy sit too long between uses. Once you get a little seat time, you will be back on there posting all the new things you can do with that guy, so put another way, think of that guy as a year round tool/toy.
