Hello all,

I share something in common with JDfan and Johndeere_2210 as I myself just purchased (and now posses) a 2320, 210Cx & 46BH that was purchased from the same dealer Farmington Valley Equipment (CT). I owe a huge thanks towards JDfan for the contact info - the experience was the best I have ever ecountered, and everything exceed my expectations. (Thats hard to do trust me Im a picky guy)))

I traded in my 4100 w/ 410 loader and I really enjoy all the enhancements or refinements that have been implemented into the 2320 or 2520 series over the 4100-4115 model replacements. The product improvements are well thought out and smart IMO. I havent had enough time to use the machine yet (because of weather) but as soon as I got it home, I had to remove the 46BH, so I could move around all my 3pt attachments. The salesman really cared and took his time in going over the operational side of the machine, including taking every thing off & on. I would have been SOL without that because its impossible to pick up the little things from the manual.
I will try and post pictures when the weather improves over the next few days..

Duc, Congrats! Jack and everyone over at FVE have done right by me, and I'm glad the purchase and pickup went as you hoped it would. Sorry I missed you, but the golf gods were calling to me! Can't wait to see the pics and hear more about the tractor as you get more seat time!

Wonderful experience ! I will be making more trips in the upcoming months - dont tell Jack yet :) . They handle SCAG and a few other things that I will need when the time comes - mower, Cab, blower for the 2320 possibly? you never know

I admit I was dreding the thought of removing the BH so soon - if he didnt take the time to go over it, I would never have got it back on without busted knuckles and a few lost hours. Its tricky on the re-install with the sub fame mount....

was Farmington Valley Equipment willing to deal with a good price?? Im in CT and have talked to several dealers and many will not move much on price. My dad has a dealer in TN that is willing to sell at a fantastic price. I am looking to purchase a 2320 very soon!!!

Stop in and ask for Jack - He is great and will do his best to help you. I hope it works out for you with them.

I actually need to update this thread since my last post. I originally bought a 2320 and decided shortly after that the 2520 was the machine I needed. Jack helped me above and beyond and made the switch a smooth and painless affair, really for all involved. Cant say how appreciative I was of this...Im actually not local to them, but its worth the trip for me especially because of his help....

Best of luck -tell us how it makes out

Sounds like my story, I originally bought a 4210 with a 47 back hoe from Jack at Farmington Valley Equipment, I used it for a weekend and called on Monday to ask what their policy was for upgrading to another machine, he called me back in 5 minutes and said no problem all I would pay for was the difference in the cost of the machines (to go to the 4310 with 48 BH).
I kinda felt bad as that machine they took back did take a long time to resell, but I was spending a lot of money and wanted to be happy with my choice, which I am now, that's one sure way to make satisfied customers.

As far as pricing goes they usually stick to the price they give you, I guess they try to give you the best price up front, not a lot of haggling.

they seemed like nice people but had the worst price of all the dealers and didnt seem to want to deal. Thats alright, there are plenty of dealers around and I have found a couple that are really wanting my business.
