Price Check 2320 vs. 2520 Price difference

Does anybody know a ballpark figure on the price difference between the 2320 and the 2520? I'm leaning green if you know what I mean

I've read all the other comparisons as far as the tractors themselves so I'd like to keep this thread on price only please

At my dealer, the 2320 is $17,890
The 2520 is $19,780

Real close to $2,000 difference.

BTW those price's include the 64D mower deck and the 200cx FEL.

I'm suprised a couple HP's brings such a premium, am I missing something?
I'm getting 16,850 befor tax for the 2320 as above equipped.. Didn't price the 2520.

Tom, There are other differences too, not the least of which being a much larger dual-hydraulic pump with higher flow.

We are straying from your original plan.
I test drove both and both are awesome machines. The steering was noticeably different as well as the reaction time of the fel. Rear tires are larger. PTO is 2hp more. The hydraulics is twice as strong.
I chose the 2520 because I don't want to later "say I wish I had gotten that one". I'm sure which ever one you decide on you will be grinning from ear to ear.

Another thing I liked better on the 2520 was the hydraulic filter placement.
The 2320 filter is just above the mower deck and it seemed very vulnerable. My dealer said that some people had even installed a plate to protect it.
2520 also has a few more inches of ground clearance~!

Read this also. Seems quite a few people are having trouble with the 3 point hitch rubbing the the R4 tires on the 2520.

Also, I was under the impression both these tractors were the same frame, if that's so how could the 2520 have more clearance?

To prevent them from rubbing on the tires, get an Imatch from JD.

Eliminate 2 problems-no rubbing and faster hookup for more play, I mean work time.

That was the price difference between the 4010 and 4110 when I bought my 4010. Sounds as though the performance differences are about the same. See the thread on 4010 vs. 4110.
