In case I somehow missed it, what have you done for me lately Tommy - other than throw insults and innuendo my way? I personally feel that
sort of behavior fails to justify "sharing".

What do you call this ???

Every thread always turns in to your childish ways filled with riddles when you are questioned about your post.

I and anyone else that owns a Foton would like to know where there are lots of Foton Parts.

I can / could post SEVERAL links with your insults trying to prove something that only makes since to you .... lol.

Where is the list of suppliers ??? or is it a secret now ?.

Greg, can't figure out for the life of me why any body would question what you say.

Now what was it you yakked at me about a month ago,I got a cousin who had a thingy, that was on crack,??[can't remember the words, but it was weird none the less],it was in this section,500 hour service or something.

//greg// , you don't have to share anything with me, I just wanted to hear what you would say.Because I can back up what I say,I have hundreds of customers and dealers that will agree, I know these tractors and parts pretty well.I also know where the parts are at in the USA and China because most dealers and parts suppliers buy from me.So if you really think you know where all these so called Foton parts suppliers are give the original poster the information so he can make a decision on which tractor to purchase

Hmmm, what about this TractorByNet.com - View Profile: Affordable guy who once claimed "We have alot of Foton parts...": Buying fOTON 404 - TractorByNet.com

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, and assume that your parts problem is one of wholesale. Or maybe it's just a personnel problem, but that would be pure speculation. Regardless, the advice I gave to Jason stands - although I should have qualified it as relative to 40hp Fotons and larger. There is no shortage of North American retail sources for those Foton parts; MFI, Rural King, Homier, DT Sales, for starters - PLUS - the dealer at which he's currently evaluating Fotons might actually carry a part or two himself.

Thanks for the replies, sorry to start a war. Ronald I only own 4 acres which would make the 284 perfect but I have a very long driveway (900 feet) and get alot of snow. I currently use a 65hp IH with a 7 foot snowblower but the engine is getting tired and other than snowblowing it doesnt have alot of uses(no loader). Right now I have the big IH for snowblowing, an old case SI with a loader for moving stuff and a kubota B7200 with a belly mower for the lawn. I would like to combine all 3 into one new tractor, also has the reliability improved somewhat? I will probably put 100 or so hours a year. Again thanks for the help Im sure my wife would like the price of a chinese tractor alot more than the 21k kioti I looked at

Jason -- I use a 284 with a six foot blower to clear about a 900 yard driveway  (with a hill that ices in the middle). Mine has the creeper but I believe the shuttle would be better. The dealer where I bought the Jinma has Fotons as well and they have some nice options but to be honest, I have not missed them on the Jinma. This past winter I probably put a hundred hours on blowing snow! If you want to use your seven foot blower and the implements from your old tractor I might be tempted to step up to a 30 or 35 hp Jinma -- and get a Koyker or Spirit loader -- JMHO

#1. lol, you did not start a war. These are opinion boards. One must read these boards / post very open minded and decide for yourself who and what to belive. Most of the time the proof is in the pudding.... know what I mean / see / read ??

#2. I agree.

#3. Have no experiance on blowing snow.

#4. 7 ft blower on the 254 I think will be a bit to much.

#5. No belly mower for the jinma 354 and do not recommend the factory belly mower for the 254 Jinma.

#6. Can be done.

#7. Reliability starts with the prep the tractor gets prior to putting to work. I dyno and perform a major prep on the Jinma tractors I sell and have very good service out of the ones I have sold / sell. It does effect my sales price though.

#8. Going to leave that one alone .... grin.

Keep asking question ..... it's all good.

Jason -- as I thought about it -- I would sell the Case and IH and 7' blower, buy a new 254 with loader and 5' blower -- keep the kubota for the grass (I have a craftsman that came with the place.) JMHO
