bigtiller ---- Thanks very much for the feedback and the pics. What a great job and appears you are using a 2305 with 12" plow as well.

I do have one other problem... The Brinly I purchased has a "sleeve hitch" and need someway to connect to either my JD imatch or the 3ph. Any suggestions? Appears in your pic that maybe you had to make a hitch? How did you make it and out of what? Maybe I could get someone to make an A-frame to fit. I checked with Brinly and they no longer make a sleeve hitch to 3ph conversion unit. thanks again.

I did make my hitch out of iron and stuff I had in my "just maybe" pile of iron but your local JD dealer should be able to sell you everything you need for the sleeve hitch - JD bought out Brinly. But be ready for sticker shock, it may be cheaper to buy another used plow that was made for a cat 1 hitch.

Rather than trying to fabricate a receiver hitch to make my Brinly sleeve hitch version fit the 3ph, I'm almost tempted to trade or sell it. Than try and purchase the JD version in the pictures. Any idea the price on a new JD 12" plow?

I looked, and couldn't find a price for you, but I'm sure that kvjohndeere could give you an idea if you sent him a PM. It isn't listed with a price in the build your tractor section of the Deere.com web site, but it is listed as an attachment for the x7xx series.

I wanted to buy one in september but was told by two dealers that they have been discontinued and only dealer stock remains. If you can find a dealer that has one, the price in september was $499.
