How can you say it is superior to a tractor you have not owned and have no experience with. I am glad you enjoy your Cub, but lets not defend a brand simply because it is the one we purchased(alot of this on internet forums). The proof is always in the pudding.
My 2550 will be going back to the dealer but blaming poor build quality on the dealer is a cop-out. I realize there is a huge difference between a CUT and a GT but I was trying to postpone the purchase of a CUT a few more years.
The notion that a broken choke lever, broken headlamp and 2 damaged belts in the 1st 6 hours of use does not entitle me to an opinion about Cub Cadet is pure BS and you know it. My opinion, just like yours, is based on my personal experience with the product. How many blown belts must I endure before being entitled to an opinion? Again, dont defend a product simply because it is the one YOU purchased.
