Had a hose fail on my 2014- 260 backhoe, using 1025R tractor. Bought new
Failure due to corrosion of fittings at the hydraulic manifold connections. All 14 connections have severe to moderate corrosion due to fabric hose cover used which looks to trap moisture and rapidly corrode all the fittings located under the cover plate. Also same condition on the swing arm cylinder. Always washed the unit off after use and covered for storage.
Opened a case with JD, but don’t have any expectation of them making it right.
If you have one, you may want to check to save yourself an oil shower
