Bama, pick up a couple of them they are pretty cheap. I think they are pretty much a standard size for this size tractor. Take another one with you and match it. On using a FEL and the tractor, the more you use it the better you'll get but don't get so you think you can do anything because about that time something new will pop up and spoil your record. I've had mine for several years now and I figure I'm still learning. They are a great tool but they will bite you if you let your guard down.

Rob, if you are going into the brush get you more than a couple of them. I have 2 different types of retainers on my 2615, hairpin and bar and curcle (thats not the right mane for them). Sticks, viens ect. grab them and pull them out at an high rate. They are a few different sizes but are available in many places. I buy them from Lowe's, Home Depot or any tractor shop I go by. Take one with you and match it.

You need to measure the diameter of the pin - most loader pins are 1" but I'm not sure about yours. What you need to ask for is an "E clip". Just ask for one to fit the diameter of your pin at a well-stocked hardware store. TSC (Tractor Supply Co.) has e-clip assortments, but not sure if they have individual clips. Some automotive parts stores might have them too, maybe your NAPA.

Thanks guys. I went by the Kubota dealership and got a dozen of the e-clips @ $0.25 each. They're not quite as thick as the ones that came on the FEL, but they'll do. I didn't tell they guy they were for a red tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I received my manuals in the mail today, so I've got lots of reading to do this weekend (when I'm not on the tractor, of course /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif ).
