3-Point Hitch 2615 with little up/down travel on 3 pt

Got a 2615HST 4x4 that we've owned since new. Only has 77 hours on it. The 3pt does not want to lift or lower more than a few inches. I've checked a couple of the threads regarding this and have had no luck.
I've sprayed everything down with penetrating oil. Adjusted the knob under the seat 3 pt speed. The 3pt lever itself wants to bind up near the top. At a loss and I want to till. HELP!

Get some penetrant soaking where the position linkage goes through the case.

Also there was a post where someone mentioned loosening the two nuts at the base of the 3pt lever. I did that and still no luck.

I took the lever off the main input this weekend. I found that the coupling where the (item 8 in the above pic) set screw is attached had become frozen/stuck. Sprayed even more penetrating oil and got it freed up.

Things still aren't 100% correct as I cannot install the (item 4) cover, without loosing full travel. So for the time being things are working well enough.

I was able to till the garden this weekend though.:thumbsup:
