Hi
AFter posting my pervious message, I noticed that while the literature on the B series, published by Kubota, lists 402 loader and larger backhoe as options for the 2910, but not the 2710 [or maybe I can't read tables right], some other literature does indicate that these are both available for the 2710 as well as the 2910...
That same free Kubota handout lists different tire sizes as standard on the two models, but apparently if you go with R4 tires, both machines get the same tire size.
The following link is very helpful...someone here at TBN posted it a while back [Thank you! I forget where I saw it...] Take a look...this site was very helpful to me...
http://www.dot.state.mn.us/equipment/contracts/tr_cpt_utl/39.pdf
If that does not work, start at the following and click on the selection for Tractors, compact utility...
http://www.dot.state.mn.us/equipment/contracts/
Hope these links come across Ok. Well worth a visit...
