Well,.....
I arrived at the dealer yesterday and there it was, a brand new 2810 Sync! Very nice but was missing...the toolbox! I looked under the left side mat(it's there on the 3510 sync) and found a flat metal deck. I was disappointed! Because of the literature, I had built myself up to that expectation. The SE Mahindra rep was on hand and I pointed this out to him. OOps! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I also expected the rear light to be of the same quality as the 3510; WalMart has a better light. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif The R4 tires were smaller than the R4s on the 2615 gear and 2615 HST models giving the impression it was a lesser/smaller machine. I liked the chair with the reclining back and the armrests.
I next test drove a 3510 and 4110 sync. VVVery nice machines. I next tested for a short distance the new 4530 4wd w/loader. It has a nice toolbox and comes with its own tools to boot. What a beast! So I left the dealer with the new prices for the 3510 and 4110 syncs. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I got home and asked myself a question and looked up the literature/specs on the 3510 HST. I was astounded to find it was on a much smaller platform(114" length). I expected it to be on the same frame as the 3510 sync. Also it weighed the same as the 2810 and uses the same loader(ML-108). Could the 3510HST spec sheet be incorrect? Why is it so much smaller than its gear driven brother?? If the info is correct, why is it $700 more in price than the 3510 Sync???
'Approx' OTD w/loader prices:
2810 Sync: 15095 (2810HST is 16075)
3510 Sync: 17340
3510HST: 18050 (similar specs to 2810)
I'll have to make a few phone calls!
