It appears is if there’s a safety switch that’s out of adjustment or is intermittently working. My tractor starts when it wants to. It won’t turn over. If I play with the peddle it will turn over if I mess with it for 15 minutes. I crawled under it and I can’t see anything that looks like a switch at all. Only thing I found was a grease fitting hiding under the floor mat. So I greased it really good and worked the pedal a bunch. Didn’t make any difference.
The tractor has 16-17 hours on it. It lives in a shipping container so it never sees any weather. Any ideas on what to do here? I called the dealer and they said it’s normal for new hydros to do that. I’m gonna go with a big no on that one. I can’t figure out how to start it no matter what I do. It seems totally random.
