If it didn't twist the loader fork frame, how did it twist the FEL. I have mistreated the heck out of my FELs lifting the one or both rear wheels off the ground and never twisted a frame like that. I don't think if was from overloading unless you have a poorly designed FEL. Most likely is that one side wasn't locked in and that is what caused the twisting. I always like to look at the bottom pins to assure that they are protruding thru before using an attachment when I switch out with the bucket.
