2950 hose location?

See the above picture. There are two the small lines (item #11) coming from the oil reservoir infront of the oil cooler. One goes to the front which appears to possibly be the case drain for the hydraulic pump. The other one goes back towards the cab, where is it supposed to end up at?

The hose ends up at the shift cover. If you have a cab, remove the access plate from the center of the floor to see it. It plugs into the right front side of cover. It connects to hose nipple #21 in the attached diagram
