2N Funk conversion

Looking for a starter and radiator for a 6 cylinder Funk conversion. Also are there any books on these tractors? Thank you for any help.

I just did a search for "Ford 2N" at amazon.com and got several hits.

If you havn't tried them already, there is a large group of 8/9/2N people over at

I needed specific info on the N's, after I picked up an 8N a few months ago. Lotsa resources available. Between the antique tractor forum, and new holland forum here, and the guys over there, you should be in good shape.

Soundguy, thank you. Yes, I have been to the other site and a bunch of other ones as well. Seems like Funk used an N starter but a few special parts of their own. Therein lies the problem. Just a matter of time and finding the right person.

Bigran, the undisputed king of old Ford tractors is Palmer Fossum. His collection is famous and he has both a 6-cyl and flathead V-8 Funk conversion in his collection. Here is a link to a story New Holland did about him.
