2nd amendment case

Given the low interest in my other post, wanted more of you guys to check out this site. This is a monster case for the 2nd amendment. U.S. v. Emerson. If the 5th circuit court doesn't overturn the decision, then a slew of previous decisions favoring the "collective right" interpretation of the 2nd are up for re-eval. Keep your fingers crossed.
