I realized on reading Harv's very entertaining string <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=projects&Number=130113&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=7&fpart=/>"Seemed like such a simple project"</A> that I have a 3ph cement mixer - it came with the 1951 Ferguson 2085 tractor we bought when we purchased our farm 20 years ago and it has been sitting in the corner of the driveshed ever since. Just haven't had the time or a good enough reason to try and figure out how to mount this unit 'cause the RediMix plant is only 12 minutes away.
Seems silly to me to ask if anyone has any experience with this type of attachment 'cause someone always comes through on this board /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif. Any insights or suggestions on what to look for (and what not to do) when mounting and using this mixer would be appreciated. Perhaps I'll be able to do some of those "small and simple project" just like Harv /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif when I have a few "weeks" to spare. (or maybe the best advice is to sell it and stick with the RediMix truck).
