3-Point Hitch 3 point hitch will not respond

I have a 2006 TC-33D tractor with loader & bush hog attached. My 3 point hitch suddenly quit responding. The handle moves freely and rotates the collar on the shaft. I can't see anything broken and I adjusted the speed control from turtle to rabbit and back with no response. The bush hog is riding slightly elevated and works fine otherwise. The loader works with no problem and the tractor drives fine. What else could it be?

Do you have a remote for the hydraulics. The loader is before the remote and the 3PH is after it. If a remote lever sticks open, the 3PH will not work, but the loader will. Also, there's a chance that your Power Beyond plug in your joystick valve has backed out. It is below a big hex nut access on the valve and is installed with an allen head wrench. Several people with your symptoms have removed the cover to find the PB plug loose below the cover.
