Anyone know why my 3 point hitch keeps drifting up while I am working behind the tractor? It seems that any time I am trying to attach a box blade or scoop, the 3ph starts lifting on me. It is pretty slow when it happens and I can see the lever by the seat moving when I am in the back. I have not hurt myself yet but it could happen if I don't pay attention.

Thanks,

Dennis

Check the resistance at the pivot of the arm. There is a double nut you can snug until the arm is firm to move. Also check the draft control if you have it. The second lever next to the lift arm. There is a lever behind and under the seat that effects the position of your lift arms.
