Has anybody ever broken the 3-point linkage (lift rod) ratchet on their tractors. Looks like mine must have had pressure for it to break like this but cannot figure out what ! Hope my pic is clear enough .

What brand of tractor?? Was that adustable sidelink made in China maybe??? It looks like it may have just made from some bad steel but, just a guess.....

I have broken an adjustable lift link on my yanmar 1700 while moving dir with a rear scoop. my guess is the constant banging of pushing into a pile, and then scooping out 500# of irt finally got it after about 30 loads.

I buzzed one together froma universal one found at TSC.

Have also had old antique unis have the threads gice out and had to fix them with big nuts or threaded rod.. etc.

At the time it happened I was hooked up to the the snowblower. Talked to my dealer and told me it might be covered on warranty. If not you can't get the ratchet part seperate of course . The whole arm is around $90.00 . Might have to bite the bullet !

I have a B2630 and the same thing happened to mine. The ratchet was not built very well. I just tore the ratchet parts and use it without. If I need to adjust I can turn by hand or with a pipe wrench.
