There is some pull against the tractor, but a lot of it is transferrred into the ground by the blade on the Farmi winch. It is definately one reason why you need to pull as close to 180 degrees off the backof the winch s possible. Also the pull point on the winch is very low so that most of the pull to the tractor is applied throught the lower 3 pt arms. As you pull the blade tends to get driven into the ground. The pull into the tractor is about the same level as the rear draw bar and is mostly carried into the ground by the rear tires. Hopefiully what I said makes sense.
