3 point resists when lowering.

On the the B7000 I had and pretty sure the B7100 too, there is a rod connected from the right lift arm to the lever. On this rod, there are two adjustable stops. One sets max height, the other sets how low it goes. Once it hits the stops, it will kick the lever to the middle. You may need to adjust the one that sets how low it goes.

EDIT: The wrench needed is either 10 or a 12 mm. It's been a while since I owned that tractor.
