Iam sure someone has had to deal with this. I sure would appreciate any help. On my 1510D I cant seem to slow down the lift arms when I have my finish mower on. It is my understanding that the T handle under the seat on the right side, when screwed in should slow it down, IT DOES NOT? When you try to lower the mower it drops.

Well, pat yourself on the back. Of all the possible 3pt problems, yours is the one to have. All 3pts work the same way. There is a lever to let pressurized oil onto the top of the3pt piston.....that is the lever on the right and you control rise rate by how far you throw it. And there is a needle valve - which is usually controlled by setting a T handle - that you set to control how fast the oil can leave the 3pt cylinder. It controls the speed of the fall. It sounds to me like the needle valve on the other end of your T handle is not seating well. Either it broke the tip from overtighening or got some crud caught under it. It is simple to deal with. Just take it out and you ought to be able to see the problem. When the T handle needle valve is operating correctly you should be able to screw it all the way in and stop the fall completely.
