Please can someone help me. 3 pt hitch will not go up and down. Have changed filter. Last year, I put up disc cutter, raised 3 pt, parked Kioti for winter. Got it out this year, went to lower 3 pt. Would not lower. Help Please.

Is the knob below the seat turned off? Is there any weight on the hitch?

Do you have a pic or pdf of the hyd section on that tractor? We need to see what sort of valving it uses so that we can offer up possible soloutions.. or even possible problem areas. Specifically.. we need to see how the exhaust valve is setup.. whether it is a unloading system.. etc..

Hi Soundguy,
I guess I got one of those problems out of the org like always, if something different is going to happen, it will happen to me. I thank you for your thoughts and time.
Just for your info, everything else works. Bucket, rear hly system, levers. I guess what I was asking was what to get prepared for and oh yes DK50. Thanks Again

I'd suspect some portion of the exhaust valve/unload valve..( if it were a ford /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif ) hard to say on yours without seeing a schematic of your 3pt valve setup..

I know where to hit with a hammer on some of the mid sized fords to free up the stuck valve /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Pretty funny but a dealer tactic.

Thanks again,
Soundguy I thought no one was listening, so I got in touch with Kioti today, well I didn't but my dealer did. So I asked them to pick her up and repair her. They told me to hit a valve with a hammer, to be honest I don't know if I was hitting the right spot or not.
Thanks again,

Ironically.. tapping with a hammer is a good way to free some types of sticky valves. When i was troubleshooting the spools on my NH 7610s, I was pretty sure the shuttle check was stuckm and was told to tap on the spool body, on the casting atop the shuttlecheck passage way to see if it was sticky. Long story short.. it ende dup being a flaw in the casting at the shuttle check.. however.. the tapping advice was a good safe bet anyway.. If you had a schematic.. you would be able to get very close to where you want to tap. etc..
