3 pt. implements for new const.yard?

Hi, My 4110 21hp.has a cat1 & I was thinking of utilizing it to help my sis with her new yard install this yr. in NW Pa. probably like 100'x200' lot maybe larger (not sure). It was built last fall and now the vegetation is moving in & they mentioned some rutting so I want to get at it soon. disk harrows are nice but pricey but do such a good job. I'm not sure I need a boxblade but probably a york rake? looking for advice, Thanks

York rake for sure for spreading topsoil, boxblade for grading most likely. You really have to look at it. Take some pics and post them, you'll get lots of advice. Welcome to the forum.

Looks like the contractor spread sand over the surface in those pictures. Is that what is going on?

Tell us about the soil, is it rocky? A picture from the rear property line towards the house would help too.

Doesn't look like you need a box blade.
