3 pt not raising

Anyone have a schematic on the linkages for the 3 pt on a 3215 HST? I can move the position handle to raise or lower the 3 pt, but the arm won't lift. It seems like a part is missing because a linkage type pen on the end of a rod is shiny (as if something rubbed on it as it moved) but without anything attached and nothing is hanging down in general. I am open to thoughts on what is wrong as well. I am at my mechanical limit here. TIA

I don't have the same model as you, but I did confirm that there is a linkage under the deck that connects to the lever. Check the bottom of your lever to see if there is a hole at the bottom, where the linkage would connect to. The "shiny-ness" that you refer to makes me think that is where the linkage was attached. You probably lost the nut/locking washer on the linkage, and it fell out and is laying somewhere on your property.

look at the top and sides of the 3-pt hydraulic assembly and see if you can see some sort of short lever all by itself somewhere near your hand lever above the deck.

Call your dealer, or go visit if possible and look at another one on the lot, or talk to a tech.
