300 DTC missing something on clutch pedal?

Just bought my 300DTC and it looks like somethin is missing on my clutch pedal. I have attached a picture to go by.
It looks like something goes between the hook that is attached to the frame and the peg on the clutch pedal.
Does anyone know what goes there?
I have looked at the parts catalog and it does not show anything there?

I THINK when you park it you depress the clutch pedal and hook the hook to the peg. Keeps the cluch from sticking while it sits unused.
Ive never seen a Farmtrac in person but thought id give you a quick answer. An expert will confirm or correct soon.
