Yes, it can be done with the stock panel switch, but more directly with the upgrade.

Just a note for those using cruise, this can be a bit interesting if you are running 15mph in C range and break from the cruise. The Motion match applies instantly, slowing you down abruptly. I suggest stepping on the fwd pedal prior to breaking cruise at high speeds or "tap" your way down with the decel button.
