3030 72\" mmm \"drive over\" feature?

Does anybody know exactly what this is? When looking at the Kubota website under the attachments (mowers) available for the 3030, it shows pictures of both the 60" and 72" mid-mount mowers. It list features of them and says, "the 72" mower has the drive-over feature for quick installation/detach." Just wondered if anyone has actually seen this feature and can explain what it is and why the 60" mower does not have this feature.

Looks like they have cleared an area on each side of the mower equal to the front wheel track allowing you to power over the top of the mower rather than slide it out sideways. Probably a good idea, given that it is 463 lbs!!!
Everything would be too tight on a 60" to keep it obstruction free.

Yep...You just drive over the top of the mower to get on and off. This is not a new "feature". A lot of the bigger decks are like that.

Having a drive over MMM is not one of the easy ways to install a 72" mower.
I have the 72" drive over for my B2910. It much easier to remove with the FEL mounted. Using the FEL to raise the front tires off the ground with linkage and PTO disconnected. Then roll it out from under tractor. Another way if FEL is not on tractor is to use a floor jack to raise front tires about 6" off floor.
The new 72" MMM for the 3030 will be semi floating like the 60". This causes a problem when moving the mower around. Because the rear only has a anti scalp set of wheels that do not swivel. Try dragging over 300 lbs around sideways.
