The SIL has a JD 3032E and hates the seat. The only cushion it has is the two cheezy springs, like a garden tractor. I saw (and fell for) a uTube video showing an air ride seat from a Z950 zero turn was an easy upgrade. It's $1k, but he wanted me to do it. I ordered the seat and had the tractor brought over. I saw immediately the zero turn seat was not gonna work. The 3032E seat pivots on a big pin and has no separate seat frame to mount this to. JD politely took the seat back, for a full refund. They did look up the Z950 seat diagram and suggested maybe using its seat frame - only another ~$200 which may not work either...
Since there is no seat "frame" on this 3032E to mount any kind of new seat to, does anyone have a good suspension seat option for this tractor?
