I have a 3038e, same tractor with a slightly more powerful engine. It is a tough little tractor and does most of what I need quite well. My only complaint has to be with the weight when I pull implements up hill, and its stability when I have to run across a slow. I'm coming up on 200 hours now and like the tractor, although I think I would have been happier going another size larger.

I'm just glad I got what I did
does what I need it to do where I need it
and I feel comfortable at the controls
