pulling up some rocks and the lower fitting on the curl cylinder's hose started spurting fluid where the hose end threads onto the hydraulic line. I someone post a picture of a damaged o-ring which they claimed to be a typical culprit. Is this a common issue when pushing the loader to the edge of its limits?

can I replace just the o-ring or does the entire hose need to be replaced?

is there a heavy duty version that I can install so this won't happen a 2nd time? ran across a 5800psi hose on amazon that was well reviewed-anyone try one of these?

the culprit is the fitting near the top of this picture.

Have you tried just tightening it up, making sure it isn't loose.

not initially, but I checked it and it's loose because the o-ring blew out. hope it didn't send pieces of rubber into the system.
