Oil & Fuel 3054 oil filter

I've noticed after a long shutdown,(couple days), my oil would show a little over full; I purposely leave it about an 1/8 inch under the full mark.Finally got a chance to speak with the dealer and mechanic about it and as I suspected, no anti-drainback valve in the Kioti filter(NOT GOOD).So I said, "every time I start the tractor, I'm starting with a dry, or almost dry filter can (NOT GOOD). Yep Checked NAPA on-line and found their # 1182 filter(with an anti drainback valve) listed for the 3054 and some other industrial applications, such as Cat fork lifts, etc. A little pricey,$13 and change, but at least no more dry filter starts

I used this filter on my recent oil change. The only down side is it juts out further than the factory filter. After 14 hrs of tractor work i noticed a ding in the filter from something. Just need to be aware the filter is a little more vulnerable.
