The specs really are the same. In my opionion the frame work on the TLB is much much heavier than just a tractor with a loader and bh. I also like the way the BH on the TLB package sits closer to the tractor, I feel it makes it more stable and also helps guy when he is loading and unloading it alot (don't have so much hanging behind ya). Have you checked out the pictures we have posted on our site of the TLB? Its still nothing compared to seeing it in person but does help... check it out if you haven't already LK3054XS TLB Photos

I just checked the specs and they seem to be the same.
Eric says the only real difference is the way it mounts to the tractor.

I've attached the page from the implement guide (but that only shows the KB2365, KB2375 & the KB2385)

The boom and dipper stick are the same.
Control panel and mount are different.

You guys are so great at providing me with information. I had been looking at the Kioti site for info, but so much of it appears in accurate. You guys always come to the rescue. Thanks for the pictures Depratt, they look great. They did make me think of one more question. I want to put the unit in a garage with an 8 foot door. From the pictures, the top of the 4 post canopy looks like she is approaching that height. I am thinking she is every bit of 90". Does anyone know the exact figure, I can not find it on the Kioti site?
