It seems Kevs TL3054 and I have similar problems with weak hydraulic systems on the same 2005 model. He luckily is getting his fixed but the jury is still out if completely right. Kioti replaced my hydraulic pump last May under warranty but it is still weak. It won't pick up a FEL of stone, dig through packed clay with the BH, or pick the weight off the back tires with the outriggers. The hydraulics just stall. I didn't use it too much to know so it probably was never repaired correctly. I have read on TBN there is a hose upgrade and BH valves need to be replaced now that it is out of warranty with 40 hours on it. I have written Kioti several times pleading for assistance to make it right but no reply. If Kioti recognizes the need for an engineering upgrade, why wouldn't they contact those with the same model to tell them? Were they hoping to get beyond the 1 year warranty without paying a claim? Does anyone have an answer or suggestion short of taking it to the dealer and hoping Kioti will finally correct their problems? My warranty just expired Aug 12. Should I take it in and hope Kioti fesses up and take the chance that the dealer won't hand me Kioti's bill? I guess I have no choice but to roll the dice since no one at Kioti will talk to you to take responsibility and it is too big to use as a paperweight. I could drive it back and forth to work because it will still roll to get some value out of it. What a way to run a railroad! Does anybody else have this hydraulic problem?
