I'm inquiring for a friend. so this all I know..

He was on a hill, bucket down hill, but used it to level out the tractor, When using the backhoe he lost all hydraulics on the BH and the HSD.

Low level, so he topped of the hydraulics and was able to use the HSD but BH still not operating.

2 dealers told him different stories...one said 1 pump, the other said 2 pumps, but one of those was for the power steering....

BH does connect to tractor hydraulic system to make the standard hydrailc loop and tractor HSD, runs fine with the BH connected to loop or taken out of the loop, but BH hydraulics still don't work..

Any ideas?

I;m thinking a plug in BH manifold but then the HSD shouldn't work when the BH is connected.

Tell him to unplug and re-seat the QD's for the power beyond loop. If there is a restriction there it will affect the whole tractor.
