Took some pics of the "hydraulic block" I had to remove in order to add the aux valve kit. The top plug in the block when removed does allow access to the hydraulic system. Hydraulic output or input would come through the oblong opening you see on the inside facing picture I've posted. The plug has a 8mm hex head to remove and appears to be 16mm in diameter. Don't have a means to measure the thread pitch.

MrChris, sorry that I never got any pictures to you,:ashamed: I have just been unbelievably busy which is a good thing I guess. Looks like you decided to go OEM. It is a good valve, just to bad that they only offer the single rear remote. :( I am contemplating installing a diverter valve on mine to get either another out let out of the OEM set or maybe even a 4 valve diverter and get away from my Prince Manual control valves.

Anyway, hope all has worked out for you. ;)

Ok so I tapped straight into the top of that 'block', confident it's the PB outlet. Couldn't find a return line so I ran that all the way back to the fel control valve tank line, using a tee.

Messed up the outlet location, but it'll work; should have gone further to one side, but wanted to leave room for future expansion. Valve may look in a dicky location but I'm happy with it as it will be primarily used for cement mixer yet to arrive. So bugger it I can't really test it at the moment yet either!

Again massive thanks for the help. Off to work tomorrow for a month, do will post again once I'm back with the cement mixer working.....hopefully!!!

Yeehah, did you pull that plug and get a 16mm fitting or did you drill and tap into it? Just curious.

What model tractor is that? I noticed your FEL control up on the loader arm. On my 3215 its mounted down on the right fender.

Sorry to give you a bum steer there MrChris, yeah just unscrewed that plug and screwed in new fitting. Not sure of thread type but it wasn't BSPP, non tapered thread with an o-ring seal.

And yep, she is a 3215; only has about 70 odd hours on it at the moment, haven't had it long. The valve has QDs to the loader so it can be removed. I was thinking about moving it to mount on the wheel arch, but it seems like a lot of dicking around for not that much gain. Would probably reduce a little arm fatigue, but I think cement in my coffe will sort that out!

FYI. Was just informed by a fellow member that this port is a tank return, not a pressure port.

Well, it didn't take me too long to add a diverter and then TnT cylinders. Special thanks to Brian at FitRiteHydraulics for custom making the side link. It was a fun project. Almost sorry to see it done. Now all I have left is to practice using it!:)
