3215 starting problems

hi.i have a 3215 tlb.400 hours.the starting problem.when turning to the start pos.just clicks.click enough then it will start.had the starter checked.its o.k.when it clicks low voltage at the starter replaced the key switch,no change.found a bank of small relays under the dash.saw one arcing when the starter clicks,replaced it no change.all grounds are good.any ideas?i can't find a wiring diagram unless i order a repair manual.$125.

I'd say a bad connection, probably a ground even though you have checked them. You have ruled out the ignition switch and starter. Generally a safety switch is a go or no go, not a low voltage situation, but you could bypass each one, one at a time, and make sure that isn't an issue. Of course anytime you do any safety switch bypass testing, you must be super careful or you could hurt or kill yourself. Had to add that disclaimer, you can't be too careful.

Repair manuals are expensive, I wish Mahindra would just post them as free PDF files. As a dealer, I cringe every time I tell people they are $125. For the little we make on a manual, its not worth dealing with the "cringe".

We had one a few years back and it was a bad safety switch. Check voltages at each switch, you should see 12v on each side of the switch when holding key in start position. The bad one had about 6V coming out.
