yes there's footings there I promise. Send did wash on top of them with several rains. They did clear the sand before putting the brick on the footing

You did well on the saw cut deaths which are typically 25% of the concrete thickness. Sealer product you used has a good reputation.

Yes, in going back over the pics again I can see it. Was sure something had to have been used. This type of construction is new to me. Thank you very much for patience.

It is very strange to me that your HOA makes you brick your equipment barn of all things! I've never lived anywhere fancy enough to have a HOA but I don't think I'd like it.
