The only thing between them is the injector pump. Have you checked / tested the stop solenoid to see if it's working correctly. And after it sets over night i can open air bleed screw on pump has plenty of fuel running out but i see none at the injectors When it cranks over. Already had to replace fuel pump and shut off solenoid months ago. This problem started a couple months ago.
Í just looked at a picture of what I believe is your fuel pump 31S9401810, correct me if wrong, but I don't see a screw, just looks like a seal unit. Are you talking about the fuel filter assembly? The only thing between them is the injector pump. Have you checked / tested the stop solenoid to see if it's working correctly.
Also when you replace it before did you install a new sealing washer?
What about the checking or replace the stop/load relay. if it's failing to energized or the wiring from start position to it.
Do you have the circuit diagram?
If I understand correctly you've cracked the line at one of the injectors , cranked for a period of time and you still get no fuel ...correct.Bleeder screw on injector pump. Solenoid is working and I did use new seal on it. Haven’t checked stop/ load relay. I don’t have a circuit diagram but can probably find one on line. Thanks help!!
Thanks for the info I will check the connectors.Believe you machine has the MHI S3L motor.
Had a similar issue with mine a couple years ago. Dealer stopped by and found crimp on wire connector to the glow plug bus was loose. Replaced the loose spade connector with a ring terminal. Said it’s a fairly common problem on the MHI motors. Also said the MHI motor really need the glow plugs even in warm weather.
Yea doesn’t seem to help. When it sits over night I have fuel at air bleeder on injection pump but none comes out at injector when I loosen injector nut.I’m assuming I’m loosing pressure.I'm a little late to the party but have you tried to cycle the plugs more than once before starting?
