3320 John Deere bucket will onli lift beyond 3/4 up

Just the other day my 3320 bucket stopped lifting beyond 3/4 way up and will not push down to raise front end of tractor. Fluid level for hydraulics is is good and all hose and lines seem fine. I also noticed that the engine labors when it reaches the end of its lift (3/4 way up). Anyone with suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Re-seat all the QD's.

One or more of the QD's are not connected correctly
