Prices can and do vary quite a bit depending upon where you live.
That said; havin' a good dealer that's close at hand can be worth a whole lot! Especially if you plan on owning your tractor for a number of years.
Therefore, it's a good investment of your time and money to look around your area for a dealer with a knowledgeable sales staff and an experienced service crew.
That applies to any of the major tractor brands; not just JD, IMO.
Nowadays, there are many JD dealers that are willing to give you a quote over the Internet. And it can pay real dividends if you're serious about buying and don't mind hittin' the road for the best price!
Especially in the current market...
